Most service is done in monthly remote connections. A Jupiter-2 engineer securely connects to your computer or server and performs a series of tasks and tests to maintain optimum performance. From time to time an on-site visit is scheduled to clean your equipment or perform troubleshooting or maintenance which could not be done remotely.

What is Not Covered
Jupiter-2 will rarely bill you time and materials for anything related to you network, however, we may have to bill you for work outside of normal maintenance especially when working with 3rd party vendors, programmers, cell phones other than the iPhone, some new equipment setup, or disaster recovery. You will always be told in advance if something falls outside of covered maintenance.
Prerequisites
You must have a High-Speed Internet Connection. You may need an initial onsite visit to configure your computer/server to for maximum benefit. You must be running at least Windows XP and Server 2003. Under no circumstances will Jupiter-2 permit the use of illegally obtained software.
