Most service is done in monthly remote connections where a Jupiter-2 engineer securely connects to your computer or server via the internet and performs a series of tasks and tests to maintain optimum performance. From time to time an on-site visit is scheduled to clean your equipment or perform troubleshooting or maintenance which could not be done remotely.

- Prioritized Recommendations: beginning with immediate needs & concerns, and then cascading to lesser priorities.  This is a 3 year plan that will help you get the most out of what you have now and help you plan where you need to be in the future.
- Disaster Recovery Plan: What would you do in the event of a flood, fire or other disaster? By planning ahead we can help you recover as quickly as possible with minimal operational downtime.
- Security Review: to protect your business, information and critical client or patient information.
- Backup solution: a plan to backup data both on and off site to ensure survivability of a disaster.

What is Not Covered
- On site visits not covered in the maintenance plan
- Hardware repair or replacement
- Software repair or replacement which cannot be done remotely
- Data Backup or Recovery
